We stock outdoor flooring, walling and pool tile products and carry a comprehensive range of outdoor furniture and décor. We also supply installation, cleaning and sealing products.
Do you sell benchtops?
No, this is not a type of product we stock.
Do you supply directly to retail?

What’s the difference between a tile and a paver?
Generally speaking, pavers tend to be thicker, but that may not be the case in every situation. We recommend you visit one of our showrooms or to get in touch with one of our team members. In this way, we’ll be able to discuss your project requirements and guide you towards the most suited solution to your needs.
What size pavers and tiles do you sell?
We stock and sell many different sizes of pavers and tiles, from 400x400mm to 1200x400mm and can source custom sizes upon request. As every product is different, we highly recommend you to visit one of our showrooms or get in touch with one of our team members. This will give us the chance to assess your requirements and help you selecting the most suited solution for your project.
Do pavers and tiles heat up in the sun?
All flooring products exposed to intense direct sunlight will heat up to a degree, depending on the material they are made of, their colour and the length of their exposure. To ensure you select the most suited product for your needs, please come see us in one of our showrooms or contact us here.
Do porcelain pavers require sealing?
The Artisan Exterior range of porcelain pavers and tiles does not require any sealing as all products featured are non-porous. They are very durable, low maintenance paving solutions although they will still require a degree of care over time.

Do natural stone pavers require sealing?
We recommend post installation sealing for all natural stone products and considers it an essential step to ensuring the longevity and beauty of the product. In some cases, dependant on the stone of choice, pre-sealing or pre-grout sealing may also be required. Please contact us or come see us in one of our showrooms to discuss your specific needs.

What type of wall cladding do you supply?
We stock natural stone wall cladding and can supply porcelain cladding on a project basis. Both cladding types require installation on a substrate. This means the cladding we supply acts as a veneer, we do not supply stock stone blocks or retaining walls. Please view our full range here.
What does organic wall cladding mean?
Our Organic wall cladding is supplied in individual loose pieces (e.g. pieces are not pre-glued to a panel or mesh). This type or cladding is a premium product that, once installed correctly, will dress your walls with the most natural, timeless and organic look. Please view our full range here.
Do you stock artificial cladding?
No, we don’t, at Artisan Exterior we exclusively supply various formats of natural stone wall cladding.
Do you keep all the cladding in stock? What is the lead time?
Our stock supply varies throughout the year and so do our lead times, although we strive to maintain quantities of available stock-on-hand for all products within the cladding ranges. We source and deliver our products in a timely manner, please contact us to check available stock levels or applicable lead times.

What are your pool tile made of?
Our pool tiles ranges are entirely made of glass. The Artisan Exterior collection of pool tiles are made in Spain of 98% to 100% recycled glass. You can view our full range here.
Are they made out of recycled glass?
Yes, they are, 98% recycled glass or more across all collections.
What backing system are they fitted with?
Our Artisan Exterior collection of pool tiles feature a thermo polymer dot backing system to ensure a high quality, practical and secure installation.

Our high-quality pool tiles are manufactured in Spain utilising the most advanced, cutting edge and eco-friendly technology.

What types of pebbles do you sell?
The pebbles we stock are natural stone pebbles. They are selected by colour and overall appearance. Please view our Natural Stone Pebbles range here.
Do you sell gravel?
No, we don’t, we supply decorative pebbles only.
What size pebbles do you stock?
We supply a range of sizes, most often varying from 20-50mm. Pebbles, being a natural product, will vary in size and shape. If you do have a specific request or a custom size in mind, please come visit us in one of our showrooms or give us a call to discuss your needs.
Can I use pebbles in pots?
You certainly can. They will add contrast and make your plants pop, plus they are great to protect any potting medium from drying to quickly, which is a definite bonus!
Do you sell pebbles in bulk?
We absolutely do. Our decorative pebbles come in 15-20kg bags, depending on the product, but can be ordered in higher volumes. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to get your delivery sorted.
What are your pots made of?
Depending on the range, our pots are made of marine grade fibreglass, view our contemporary collection here, or are handmade from clay, view our ranges here and here.
Are your pots heavy?
The fibreglass range of pots are made of a sturdy yet lightweight material whilst our handmade clay pots are on the heavier side of things. We would highly encourage you to visit one of our showrooms to view our collection and familiarise yourself with our products.
Are your pots provided with drainage holes?
No, they don’t, and we do not offer this service. Our pots are not provided with drainage holes to leave you with the choice of utilising them to host a plastic pot or to plant directly in them.
Please be aware any damage inflicted to our pots whilst drilling holes will void any product refund or return policy.
Do you sell plants and/or potting mix?
No, we do not. Please refer to your local nursery.
Can you supply for commercial projects or just residential?
We supply for any size project, both residential and commercial.
