About the role:

  • Management of the administrative team
  • Ongoing support of the administrative team
  • Maintaining a clear system of office operations and procedures
  • Executive support including diary management, booking meetings, events, and travel
  • IT/Telecommunications support  (detailed technical assistance supplied by 3rd party)
  • Departmental support as required
  • HR/OHS administration
  • Preparing agendas, drafting minutes, tracking and following up action items
  • Ensuring all office supplies are ordered and distributed across all locations
